The challenge
behind SDrive
Africa's ride hailing market needed a solution that felt familiar to users of global platforms like Uber, yet was built for local expectations, including transparent fixed fares, reliable driver and passenger matching, and operational control at scale. SDrive required a complete product ecosystem, not just a mobile application.
Built on the TogRide platform, the project had to deliver polished driver and passenger experiences on mobile while giving administrators real time visibility into trips, payments, support requests, and compliance, all from a secure, cloud based management website.

SDrive is a localized ride hailing solution for the African market built on the TogRide platform, offering a fixed fare experience similar to Uber. We developed intuitive driver and passenger mobile applications focused on fast booking, clear trip details, and a smooth end to end ride experience, making everyday mobility simple for users across the region.
Alongside the mobile applications, we delivered SDrive's cloud based management website, a powerful website back office that gives administrators full control over drivers, riders, trips, and payments. The website includes real time monitoring, analytics, support handling, and security and compliance features, enabling smooth operations and a better experience for both drivers and riders.
