The challenge
behind Crown Micro NGMS
Crown needed a smarter way to manage complex operations across procurement, warehousing, service, HR, finance, and sales. Disconnected systems and manual workflows made it difficult to maintain real time visibility, coordinate teams, and make informed decisions across the business.
Crown Micro NGMS had to bring these core functions together in a single cloud ERP platform, giving teams one source of truth for daily operations, reporting, and long term planning.

Our approach to
the Crown Micro NGMS project
Crown Micro NGMS is a web based, cloud ERP designed to streamline and optimize Crown’s operations. We built a unified platform that connects every major business function, starting with Import Management for procurement and trade, and Warehouse & Inventory Management for real time stock control across locations.
The platform also includes a Service Center module for warranty and after sales support, HR for employee, attendance, and payroll management, Finance for accounting and reporting, and Sales Management for order tracking and customer relationships. Each module works within the same cloud ecosystem, ensuring data flows seamlessly between teams.
The result is a scalable cloud ERP that reduces operational friction, improves visibility, and helps Crown manage its business with greater control, from the warehouse floor to finance and customer facing sales.
